He has more than 20 years of experience in training, injury prevention, and nutrition. Justin is able to not only train but assist in rehabilitation with any type of client, ranging from those who are looking to shed weight and build strength, prepare for a fitness competition, or sport, to those who may be injured or recovering from injury.

Not only is Justin certified in NCSF and NASM, but he has a degree in health science. Over the years he has furthered his education in physical therapy, spinal specialist, designing resistance programs, and many more areas that have furthered his expertise. Justin brings experience, knowledge, passion, and fun to the fitness industry.
